Each package includes all the items you ordered, borax powder, and a slime care card with helpful advice on how to take care of your slime.

Our staff works to fulfill your order as quickly as possible! Before we ship out your order, processing should take 5-7 business days. Customers in the US may need to wait up to two weeks for their slime to arrive,

We do not accept cancellations because slime is manufactured and produced in-house. Every purchase is final. Before placing your order, please double-check your purchase. Note that PeachyJellySlimes is not liable for transactions that are not allowed.

The customer is responsible to provide an accurate address for shipping. Please email info@peachyjellyslimes.org as soon as possible to seek an address change. However this is not guaranteed, if the order is all ready fufilled.

Please email us at info@peachyjellyslimes.org with a full picture of the damaged item or package and we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 2-3 business days. 

Most of the time, we will provide you a complete refund for the damaged item. We will send out a replacement for the damaged item if one is available.

Within five days of receiving your order, or as soon as possible, you must file a claim for any missing or damaged items.

Once your order has been accepted for processing, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number(s) will be delivered to the email address or phone number you have given.

Note: Because processing time is required before your order is sent over to USPS, please allow 4-6 days for the tracking number of your order to be updated. 

If your package was delivered, according to your tracking information, but you still can't find it, the carrier may have put it somewhere safer. Please check your neighbors, garage, porch, and mailbox. 

Packages may appear to have been delivered in some circumstances, but it may take an extra 72 hours. Directly submit a claim to USPS if it has been more than 72 hours since the status changed to "delivered." Packages tagged as "delivered" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Click here for a link to submit a claim with USPS. (To make a claim for the lost order, the customer must do so.)

Slimes can last for a few months with proper maintenance. However, because of the nature of the materials in slimes, it is usual for them to deflate or dissolve over time. It is inevitable that all slimes eventually die.

Wash your hands before using your slime and play on a clean surface to prevent dirt or germs from getting into your slime. This will help preserve your slime in good condition for as long as possible. 

After you've finished playing, store your slime in a cool, sealed container. Use a slime activator to frequently reactivate your slime to prevent melting. It might be time for a new slime if the old one has been deflated for a while.

Remember that slimes are only meant to be consumed for entertainment purposes. All of the extras, such as charms, glitters, and other extras, are not edible. You run the risk of choking and getting terribly ill if you eat any of your slime.

Ages 8 and older can enjoy hours of imaginative playing with slime. If presented as a gift to children under the age of 8, make sure they are being watched over by an adult while playing with slime. However, it should be kept away from children under the age of four because of potential choking or ingesting concerns.
